Do my points expire?

Any additional points earned will expire 12 months after they are earned unless they have already been converted into £5 vouchers (Fivers).

If you do not use your Morrisons More card in-store or online for over 52 weeks, all More points will be removed from your account.

Where can I see my points balance?

You can check your More Points balance on the Morrisons More app or website, at the bottom of your printed receipts in-store, or our petrol station kiosks. Unfortunately, your points balance will not be displayed on receipts at petrol stations where you pay at the pump.

When shopping online with us, you can also find your balance in the top right corner of Morrisons.com after logging in.

Do my Fivers expire?

Physical fiver notes are valid for 12 months from the date of printing.

Fivers loaded digitally onto the card are valid for 3 months. The converted Digital Fiver will be automatically deducted from your next qualifying purchase.

Fiver Ecode online promo codes are valid for 3 months.

Who can use the MyMorri login portal?

The MyMorri portal is only available to Morrisons employees. Employees can register and use the portal but must have a Morrison’s email address.

How do I download payslips from my Morrisons account?

Go to the MyMorri portal > Account section > Download payslips to download payslips online.

Can I access information about my employees’ performance?

Log in to the mymorri account portal to access your Morri employee account online and view information about your employee benefits, health insurance coverage, and paid vacation credits through your Morri account.
